Bunzl Processor Division • Riverside, MO

When Bunzl Processor Division consolidated three of its sites in the Kansas City area into one building, they engaged CBC Real Estate Group as tenant representative. In this role, CBC assisted with the build-out of an existing 175,000 square-foot building the successful division of multinational distribution and outsourcing company Bunzl was leasing in Riverside, Mo.

The project included management and oversight of the design and construction of 25,000 square feet of new space to house the main Bunzl Processor Division offices, 15,000 square feet of manufacturing space, a 5,000 square-foot photo studio and a 130,000 square-foot fulfillment center.

Construction began in January 2017 and was complete in July of that year.
