In late 2011, Teva Pharmaceuticals contacted CBC Real Estate Group to provide Owner’s Representative Services for its relocation into a new building in Overland Park, Kan. CBC assisted Teva through the lease negotiations, programming, tenant improvement bidding, consultant selection, construction management, furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) procurement and move management. This included seeking competitive proposals for consultants, complete budget management and cost reporting, full construction management and monthly reporting to Teva’s leadership.

Completed in September 2013, the building — now home to 400 employees — is a five-story, 150,000 square-foot LEED certified Class A office building. It features a fitness center, auditorium, cafe and coffee bar, exterior garden plaza, water features and a 600-space parking garage.

The building was designed by Hoefer Wysocki Architecture and constructed by Titan Built.
