The Eby Group/Bickford Senior Living
CBC Real Estate Group has partnered with Bickford Senior Living of Olathe, Kan., to manage the development of 15 new senior living facilities and expansion of 16 more existing facilities. Projects are located primarily in Nebraska, Illinois, Virginia and Michigan. As Owner’s Representative, CBC provides site selection, regulatory approvals, contract negotiations, construction and coordination of furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E) procurement for these projects.
New Construction
Since July 2015, ground has been broken on ten new communities, all of which are 38,200 square-foot, 60-unit assisted living and memory care centers, including:

Expansions
Construction to expand three 8,500 square-foot, 16-unit memory care centers began in fall 2015:
